KD-SX1000 CD Changer Controller

The top-of-the-line KD-SX1000 CD Changer Controller debuts with power and style. First, it offers 160 watts of High Power (40W x 4), a triumph achieved over last year's 40-watt ceiling by running four circuits in parallel.

The KD-SX1000 is sure to excite with features like RDS and Audio Cruise Mode. RDS (Radio Data System) is a sophisticated tuner system that detects program identification signals from all available stations, automatically switching to the appropriate station when a specified source is detected. Users can assign a particular station type -- such as sports, news, or music -- to a one-touch button, allowing immediate access to the kind of programming wanted at the touch of a button.

JVCÌs popular Audio Cruise Mode is a feature which detects a car engineÌs revolutions, thus setting the optimum volume level. Once the level is set to your auto and personal preference, the volume will automatically turn up to counteract increased noise if the driver speeds up.

JVC INTRODUCES NEW CD RECEIVERS

The KD-SX1000 is bundled with many desirable high-end features including Wireless Remote Control, 2-Gold Line Out, a Detachable Flip-Down Face and Rotary Encoder.

A Color LCD makes this unit especially attractive while the CD Text capability offers increased convenience. With CD Text, whenever you load a CD-Text-compatible CD, information about the disc Ò such as the title and the name of the artist Ò is shown on the display.

KD-SX930 CD Receiver

Delivering 40 W x 4 power output, the KD-SX930 Changer Control CD Receiver sports a flip-down face detailed with striking multi-color LCD. The KD-SX930 also features CD Changer controls, 1-bit DAC, Rotary Encoder Multi-Control, Beep Tone Support, two pair of line output terminals and level meter.

KD-SX830 CD Receiver and KD-S730 CD Receiver

Two additional models, the KD-SX830 and KD-S730, each deliver 40 watts per channel. The KD-SX830 CD Changer Control features Wireless Remote Control and 2-Line Out, while the KD-S730 CD Receiver features Wireless Remote Control and Line Out.

KD-S630 CD Receiver

The new KD-S630 CD Receiver delivers 140 watts of High Power (35W x 4) and features a Detachable Flip-Down Face and Line Out.

The KD-GT5 3-Disc In-Dash Receiver will continue in the 1998 line up.
