"JVC INTRODUCES THREE NEW DISC CHANGERS --
STILL THE WORLD'S SMALLEST"
Las Vegas, NV, January 8, 1998 -- Three new 12-Disc Changers have been added to the JVC Mobile Entertainment lineup -- the CH-X1200, the CH-X99RF, and the CH-X99. The diminutive but sturdy changers boast the distinction of being the "world's smallest" 12-Disc Changers.
In addition to ranking as the world's smallest, the new JVC CH-X99RF 12-Disc Changer features an independent button to activate the unique BBE system -- a high definition audio function.
According to Tom Caronia, Vice President, Mobile Entertainment Division of JVC, "BBE improves the overall clarity of audio by providing more depth, detail and definition. BBE gives music a great "live presence" while reducing distortion and producing naturally brilliant highs and well-defined lows."
The CH-X99RF, which replaces the previous KD-MK88RF, also features adjustable frequency output level adjustment, 2-mode repeat, intro scan, random play, and a wireless remote control. Functions on the remote are also positioned on the face plate, making the unit easy to control even if the remote is not readily available.
