There is a young girl who loves flowers, but
no one has given her a present of blossoms. She thinks to herself that
unless someone gives her some flowers by the time of her next birthday
she will "blow away" all the flowers in the town. She does not get
her flowers and sets out to wreak her destructive vengeance. But then
things go topsy-turvy.

| This film is marvelously expressive and
filled with dry wit. It is a real flight of fancy, well structured
throughout, and shows that the video artist is endowed with
considerable artistic sensibility and talent. There are no superfluous
cuts or dialogue, and during the short screening time it manages to
build up a neat tempo. It hardly seemed the work of an amateur. |
