The Tuscaloosa replication plant operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Customer service hours are (Monday-Friday) 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time.
From January to August, the Kennesaw and Douglasville Fulfillment Centers operate on a two shift (8-hour), five day (Monday-Friday) work schedule, with weekends and extended shifts available for new product release schedules. Fulfillment/shipping and the warehouse operate on a three-shift (24-hour), five-day (Monday-Friday) schedule. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
During the peak season of September through December, the facilities operate on a 24/7 schedule.
