This year JVC will hold the twenty-first JVC Tokyo Video Festival, which invites entries from around the world. Because video has developed into an easy-to-use tool which plays a vital part in everyone's lives, the number of innovative entries received has increased every year. The Festival has increasingly attracted entries from different age categories and countries, and many more women have submitted excellent examples of their work.
