FUNCTION:
The GV-CB3 JLIP video capture box provides the essential
connections necessary for capturing and editing by computer.
Using the supplied video capture software, virtually any video
images can be captured to a computer, whether from TV, VCR,
camcorder, or game console. This allows full-size BMP or JPEG
images - 640 x 480 pixels, with 16.77 million colors - (full-color)
- to be processed, printed or posted on the Internet.
FEATURES:
Video Capture: Three methods are available: Step-by-Step Capture, you can capture images one at a time. Using the intergrated control provided by the JLIP software or Program Capture which is an automatic capture method.
JLIP Video Producer: When using JLIP-compatible video equipment, this software puts you in the directors chair, allowing computer-based linear (video-to-video) editing control and programmed playback- complete with special effects and scene transitions using compatible digital video cameras.
MGI PhotoSuite SE: MGI's PhotoSuite software allows you to crop or retouch captured stills. You can sharpen or soften, add special effects, apply frames and templates, insert word balloons, and even create a simple slide show.
